Problem 1: The main motor of shearing machine doesn’t turn.

Solutions:
1.Check whether the three-phase power lacks phase and whether the safety device is disconnected.
2.Please check whether the switch is in bad contact or damaged.

Problem 2: The shearing machine has no pressure or the knife beam can’t move.

Solutions:
1.Check the plugs. Bad contact of electromagnetic directional valve plug may result in no pressure.
2. Remove and clean the valve plug of electromagnetic directional valve plug.
3.Leakage of hydraulic system will cause no pressure of shearing machines.

Problem 3: The return speed of the knife beam is slow or the knife beam can’t move to the top dead center.

Solutions:
Check the leakage of nitrogen return cylinder. If it happens, add nitrogen into low-pressure nitrogen return cylinder.

Problem 4：Back gauge of the shearing machine can’t move.

Solutions:
1.Check whether the button of back gauge is in bad contact or damaged.
2.Check whether the power supply of the Metal Sheet Cutting Machine is normal or not.
