How to distinguish the difference between hydraulic guillotine shear and swing beam shearing machine?

One:Performance difference:

1.Guillotine type shearing machine can adjust cutting angle, but swing beam type can not adjust the cutting angle. Adjusting cutting angle is an advantage of guillotine shearing machine, because it will be useful when your cutting range is from very thin to very thick. Example, if you buy a QC11Y-20x3200 guillotine shearing machine, the cutting angle range is 0.5-3.5°, you can adjust the cutting angle according to your metal thickness. But the swing beam shearing machine can not adjust the cutting angle, it only has one cutting angle 3°.

2.Shear Way Difference: a) Shear Way of Swing Beam shearing machine : Arced direction Cutting. b) Shear Way of Guillotine shearing machine : Straight line cutting. So the workpiece from the guillotine shearing machine cutting result is more better . The edge of the workpiece from guillotine shearing machine is more smooth .

Two:Operation difference:

Guillotine shearing machine can adjust the blade gap by motor or hand wheel, swing beam shearing machine adjust the blade gap by hand wheel.

Three:shearing blades.

The blade for guillotine type can be 4 sides useful. But swing beam type is 2 sides useful.
