Generally after customers buy Hydraulic Shearing Machine, the machine has been used for 3-5 years, various problems will appear. In fact, except the quality of this Cutting Machine, most of problems lie in the use and maintenance.

Cautions in using Metal Sheet Cutting Machine:

1. Start the plate shears and make some idle cycles. Under normal circumstances, try to cut sheet materials of different thickness from thin to thick. Please make sure that the user is familiar with the shearing machine performance.

2. The sound is smooth in operation. If there is any noise in the shears, stop the machine immediately and check it carefully.

3. The blade clearance must be adjusted well when trying to shear plates of different thickness. If the corresponding blade clearance is not adjusted, the durability of the blade will be affected.

4. The maximum temperature of oil cylinder should be less than 60℃ when the shearing machine works. If the temperature is too high, turn off the machine to rest. Also the buyers in hot areas need to choose the machine with air cooling device to ensure the normal working of the machines.

5. The pressure gauge is opened in the shearing process to check the oil pressure value. The pressure should be less than 20MPa when cutting 12mm board. When delivery, the remote pressure regulating valve set the pressure as 20-22mpa. The user must follow this regulation and must not increase the pressure in order to cut the plate beyond specifications. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the machine.

Maintenance of CNC Shearing Machine:

· Operate in strict accordance with working regulation.

· Before starting the machine, it’s supposed to add lubricating oil regularly and quantitatively according to the requirements of lubrication chart. And the oil should be clean without precipitation.

· Machines must always be kept clean and unpainted parts should be coated with anti-rust oil.

· The lubricating oil in the motor bearing should be replaced regularly and operators should check whether the electrical part is normal, safe and reliable.

· Check the belt, handle, knob and button regularly. In case of serious wear and tear, replace it in time and report spare parts for replacement.

· Check and repair switches and protective devices regularly to ensure work safe and reliable.

· After finishing the work, lubricate and clean the machine every day.

· Unauthorized persons are strictly prohibited from operating the equipment. The operator must stop the machine when leaving.

In daily use, strict operation following the rules can greatly reduce the occurrence of machine failure and can also improve the service life of the shearing machine.
