RONGWIN plasma cutting machine applies range： 
Plasma cutting machine is a highly efficient automated cutting equipment, which applies to all kinds of carbon steel, stainless steel, as well as precision sheet metal cutting non-ferrous metals. 1. Crossbeam: It is tailor-welded by reinforced steel plate, which has the characteristics of good rigidity, high strength and small inertia. All welded parts are treated with aging stress relief, which effectively prevents structural deformation, and then processed by the CNC machining center to ensure the straightness of the machine tool and the guide rail, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the equipment. 

2. Longitudinal and lateral drive: Both use precision rack and pinion (7-level precision) transmission. The horizontal guide rail adopts high-speed dual-axis core guide rail, which has better stability, longer service life and lower maintenance costs. The longitudinal guide rails are made of precision-processed special steel rails, which ensure the smooth running of the cutting machine, high precision, durability, clean and beautiful appearance. 

3. Longitudinal drive frame (end frame): Equipped with horizontal guide wheels, which can adjust the pressing degree of the eccentric wheel at the bottom of the drive frame to the guide rail, so that the whole machine can maintain stable guidance during movement. Equipped with a dust collector, it can sweep the debris accumulated on the surface of the guide rail at any time.

4. The solenoid valve adopts Taiwan Airtac high temperature resistant solenoid valve. It will no longer be like ordinary domestic solenoid valves. Due to the high temperature, the solenoid valve cannot be closed and affects production, which effectively protects the interests of the enterprise. 4 solenoid valves, automatic ignition, adjust the flame size at one time, no need to repeatedly adjust, greatly improving production efficiency. 

5. The AC servo drive of the drive system makes the whole machine run more smoothly, with a wider speed range and shorter acceleration time.

7. The numerical control system adopts the system of Shanghai Jiaoda (dedicated for gantry machines), which has the most excellent stability and super anti-interference ability in China. 8. The expert version of the programming nesting software is selected.
