Roller type non-indentation die

During the bending process of the metal plate, the workpiece is in contact with the hard alloy core rod on the lower mold during the bending process, and the core rod will rotate in the moving direction of the plate, so that the workpiece is contacted with the lower mold after being stressed. The change from traditional sliding friction to rolling friction greatly reduces the indentation and abrasion of the workpiece surface due to being squeezed, which effectively improves the appearance quality and accuracy of the workpiece.

Rotating flap type non-indentation die

During the process of the upper mold pressing the workpiece into the lower mold body, the workpiece is in plane contact with the rotary flap, and the rotary flap rotates in the lower mold body. During the entire bending process, the workpiece does not slide relative to the rotary flap, and at the same time, The workpiece is in surface contact with the rotating flap, which eliminates the indentation and abrasion caused by the surface of the workpiece due to being squeezed, and effectively improves the appearance quality and accuracy of the workpiece.
